dtm is a company created by consultancy experts, who, after leading success practices in different European companies, decided to launch their own model in 2007.

The company was born to give an answer to the technological necessities related to the Human Resources area, increasing later the offer to cover more business areas that let increase its services, and hence, its clients competitiveness.
